As a member of the Ghost Town Membership, you'll automatically receive 20% off (applied at checkout) our Ghost cartridges of any configuration and our Ghost Sauce products. Since these are disposable products that artists tend to move through quickly, these are the heart of the membership offering. 

Currently, the Ghost Town membership is available in the contiguous US and Canada. For Canadian customers, the cost of duties should be expected upon receipt of your shipment. As we look to expand distribution efforts, we may look to open the subscription and products to international artists at a later time. If a product offered by Ghost Tattoo Co is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

4. Shipping and Delivery. Ghost Tattoo Co ships products to the address you indicate as the shipping address when you place your order. We will make every effort to ship products as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. You are responsible for inspecting the package(s) when they are delivered to you. If you notice any damage to the package(s) or contents, please contact us immediately.

5. Returns and Refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Returned products must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

6. Intellectual Property. The website and all the materials available on the website are the property of Ghost Tattoo Co and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content or materials on the website for commercial use without the express written consent of Ghost Tattoo Co.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties. Shipping Information

We strive to process and ship all orders within 48 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding major Holiday’s and preorders) from the time they are received, so long as the item(s) are in stock. All packages are sent insured and tracking information will be emailed to you upon shipment. In addition, UPS will only deliver Monday- Friday excluding all major U.S. holidays and weekends.

REFUND POLICY

Ghost Tattoo Co. is committed to delivering the highest quality products possible that are free from defect or damage due to shipping.

If you have a problem with your order, please contact our support team immediately. 

We have a 15 day return policy (unless otherwise notated) from the original invoice date on unopened, unused products. Shipping & COD fees are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on used or damaged items. To return product, you will need to call for authorization and instructions. Returns received without this will not be accepted. We are not responsible for returned packages, damaged, or lost shipments – please purchase insurance and contact shipping carrier to report these issues.

Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All of our products (excluding preorders) now ship within 1-2 business days as we are currently experiencing a high volume of ordering. 

If you receive your Ghost Tray or Ghost Arm and it is not working properly, please send us an email at hello@ghosttattooco.com. We will first assess the issue with you, and if it is determined that it cannot be used properly, we will send you a return label and will ship you a new Ghost Tray/Arm. 

We always approach each repair on a case by case basis. We will schedule a video call with you and try to assess the problem and fix the issue on the spot. 

If we determine that it can't be fixed, we will ship you a new item and send you a return label and box to ship the broken item back.

We accept all major credit/debit cards through our processing system.
