WHAT DISCOUNTS CAN I UNLOCK WITH THE GHOST TOWN MEMBERSHIP?
Currently, the Ghost Town membership is available in the contiguous US. As we look to expand distribution efforts, we may look to open the subscription and products to international artists at a later time. You can purchase Ghost Products in the UK from Starr Tattoo Products.

Ghost Tattoo Co grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display the website and the materials thereon for your personal use, provided that you comply fully with these Terms of Service.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Ghost Tattoo Co, and we reserve the right to reject any order for any reason. 3. Product Description and Availability. Ghost Tattoo Co attempts to be as accurate as possible in describing our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Ghost Tattoo Co is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
4. Shipping and Delivery. Ghost Tattoo Co ships products to the address you indicate as the shipping address when you place your order. We will make every effort to ship products as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. You are responsible for inspecting the package(s) when they are delivered to you. If you notice any damage to the package(s) or contents, please contact us immediately.
5. Returns and Refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Returned products must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
6. Intellectual Property. The website and all the materials available on the website are the property of Ghost Tattoo Co and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content or materials on the website for commercial use without the express written consent of Ghost Tattoo Co.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties. Ghost Tattoo Co makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the website or the information, content, materials, or products included on the website. You expressly agree that your use of the website is at your sole risk.

GHOST TATTOO CO TERMS OF SERVICE
We strive to process and ship all orders within 48 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding major Holiday’s and preorders) from the time they are received, so long as the item(s) are in stock. All packages are sent insured and tracking information will be emailed to you upon shipment. In addition, UPS will only deliver Monday- Friday excluding all major U.S. holidays and weekends.

Ghost Tattoo Co. is committed to delivering the highest quality products possible that are free from defect or damage due to shipping.
If you have a problem with your order, please contact our support team immediately.
We have a 15 day return policy (unless otherwise notated) from the original invoice date on unopened, unused products. Shipping & COD fees are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on used or damaged items. To return product, you will need to call for authorization and instructions. Returns received without this will not be accepted. We are not responsible for returned packages, damaged, or lost shipments – please purchase insurance and contact shipping carrier to report these issues.
Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
GHOST TATTOO ORDER REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
WHERE CAN I FIND ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR GHOST TATTOO PRODUCTS?
All of our products (excluding preorders) now ship within 1-2 business days as we are currently experiencing a high volume of ordering.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP PRODUCTS?
If you receive your Ghost Tray or Ghost Arm and it is not working properly, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will first assess the issue with you, and if it is determined that it cannot be used properly, we will send you a return label and will ship you a new Ghost Tray/Arm.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE MALFUNCTIONING OR BROKEN EQUIPMENT FROM GHOST TATTOO CO?
We always approach each repair on a case by case basis. We will schedule a video call with you and try to assess the problem and fix the issue on the spot.
If we determine that it can't be fixed, we will ship you a new item and send you a return label and box to ship the broken item back.
WHAT IF MY GHOST TATTOO EQUIPMENT NEEDS REPAIRS?
We accept all major credit/debit cards through our processing system.
